Offer Terms and Conditions for $25 Amazon Gift Card

1.Eligibility: The offer is valid only on purchases of a 6-pack, or any product amounting to $234 or more made through our merchant links.

2. Submission Requirements: To redeem the offer, you must send a copy of your purchase invoice to support@health8.shop within 30 days of the purchase date.

3. Gift Card Delivery: A $25 Amazon gift card will be sent to the registered email address provided at the time of purchase, after the return period for the product has ended and the billing ID is verified. We are not responsible for incorrect or invalid email addresses provided by the user.

4. Amazon Gift Card Availability: The offer is only valid in countries where Amazon gift cards are available. If your country does not support Amazon gift cards, the offer cannot be availed.

5. Redemption: The offer can be redeemed multiple times, with a new $25 Amazon gift card issued for each qualifying purchase that meets the above criteria, subject to verification.

 6.Verification: The offer will only be fulfilled after confirming the billing ID associated with the purchase.

 7.General Conditions: We reserve the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice. Fraudulent or invalid submissions will be rejected.
